Situated in its own three quarters of an acre in the quite
settlement of East Clyne, Dromia lies one mile to the north of Brora
overlooking the Dornoch Moray and Cromarty Firths with stunning views
out to sea, over the village of Brora itself and west up Strath Brora.
The two bedrooms and the living room look out to these stunning
land and sea scapes and both sun rise and sun set can be seen from the
house.
The bedrooms consist of one with a double bed and one with twin
single beds. The house is fully carpeted through out except for the
bathroom and kitchen which have vinyl.
The house has been fully redone for the 2010 season and comes
appointed with TV, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer,
microwave, iron and washing machine.
The bathroom has WC, shower and bath.
The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Heating is from a coal fire in the cosy living room with
radiators through out the house, complimentary bag of coal is included.
There are also two halogen heaters, water heater and electric shower.
Dromia is a no smoking home

Dromia is also a working croft and the tenant may occasionally need access past the house.
Brora is ideally suited for a holiday based in the Highlands with
Inverness to the south, Ullapool, Lochinver to the west and Thurso and
Wick to the North all being around an hours drive from Dromia.
Brora itself boasts the industrial heritage of Sutherland, stunning
beaches, a golf course, distillery, fishing and wonderful country side
to explore by car bike or foot.
The house itself is situated at the end of its own road and is
secluded and peaceful with the sights and sounds of nature to keep you
company.
